Lift type high speed bottle unscramble machine:
The automatic bottle unscrambler is consist of elevating type bottle feeder,unscrambler main body, bottle output system 3 sections.
The lift type bottle sorter/ unscrambler is developed at the base of foreign advanced technology to meet acceleration of beverage filling equipment in China. With the character of high efficiency bottle assorting, little damage to bottles, most of beverage factories both abroad and at home prefer to it compared with the other bottle assorting equipment .
The machine apperance is cylindrical, at the bottom of the barrel with adjustable stent for adjust the level of high machines. The machine set a rotating drum and rotating cylinder with lateral-bottle slot, inside and charged with the same number of bottles trough body movements. According with detecting device of umbelliform tower sound the alarm when hoisting machine lack of boottles .Then,the bottle entre into elevating from margin of umbelliform tower and push into slot. All of bottles entre into exit of unscrambler, After the machine put in order bottles.The exit of bottles install star wheel for pull bottles come into air conveeyor.
