Beer filling process is the most complex technology, according to its product characteristics, the requirements for filling machinery is extremely high; usually beer filling process mainly has 10 steps:
1 Bottles infeed : Cleaned glass bottles comes into the filling machine through a conveyor belt and bottle screw sepater
2 Vacuum:Pre-vacuum the glass bottle for the purpose of replacing the oxygen in the bottle with CO2
3 Inflating: injecting carbon dioxide gas into the bottle
4 Vacuum again:Vacuum the remaining oxygen in the bottle again
5 pressure balance: Fill the bottle with carbon dioxide gas again and balance the pressure inside the bottle with the pressure inside the tank
6 Filling: because of the pressure in the bottle is balanced with the pressure of the filling tank, forming equal pressure, the filling valve was opened under the action of spring automatically , at this time the beer flows into the bottle under the action of gravity, and the gas in the bottle enters the tank through the gas return tube of the filling valve
7, Closing valve: when the liquid level reaches the position of the exhaust hole of the gas return tube, because the liquid has closed the gas return tube, it can not continue to discharge the gas, and the liquid can not continue filling, the bottle has been filled, the filling is finished, and close the filling valve.
8, Exhaust pressure : the bottle at the end of filling before leaving the filling valve, the filling valve exhaust will slowly release the pressure inside the bottle.
9, Bubble: After the filled bottle is removed out from the filling valve, a high pressure water drops inject in bottle to creat foam (usually hot water is used), a certain amount of foam is produced in the bottle, and the oxygen in the bottle mouth space is discharged
10,Capping: the last step is Capping, after capping and sealing, the bottle filling process is finished, the bottles come to pasteurizing process.
